Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is my highest priority. If you have any problems learning how to use your carrier please do not hesitate to contact me. If you are unhappy for any reason you may return your carrier within 30 days of purchase provided the carrier is in new unwashed condition and I have approved the return first. Buyer is required to pay return postage and $4.05 will be deducted from your purchase price to cover my original shipping costs. Exchanging your carrier because you are unhappy with the color or print is not allowed.

"Second Quality" carriers are sold as-is.

Co-op orders are non-returnable. Replacements may be made for manufacturing flaws only.

Exercise extreme caution putting your baby into the Mei Tai the first few times. It is safer to use a “spotter” until you are comfortable using the carrier yourself.
